Shipping Policy

All your orders are shipped by MNGKargo in Turkey and UPS For international shipping. 

Your orders will be shipped to your registered delivery address via cargo within 1 to 5 business days.

Please make sure to check your delivery address before placing your order.

Upon delivery of your order, you can open and inspect your package in the presence of the courier. If the package is crushed, torn, opened, or wet, or if you encounter any unexpected situation or faulty product, do not accept the package. Ensure that the package is returned to us by the courier company by making a report with the courier.

Following relevant regulations, service providers (postal cargo companies) record at least the recipient's name, surname, and ID number (passport number for foreigners, the number of an equivalent document with international validity, or the document number used by TC authorities for identification) at the delivery stage of postal items, and keep this information confidentially for at least two years to present it to the relevant authorities when necessary. If the recipient does not want to provide identity information, the shipment will not be delivered or returned to the sender.

Returns

You can return purchased and unused products within 7 days from the date of purchase. However, the shipping cost of the returned items to Nippella is borne by the customer. If shipments are sent with receiver pays shipping, they will not be accepted.
