All items bought can be returned within 7 days of purchase. Please ensure all labels and Protective slips are still in place – we are only able to process a refund if the Nipple covers are returned to us in the same condition as it was sent out. Please note when we receive your request, you will be informed by e-mail.

 

Our returns policy is 7 days from the date you receive the order.

Once your return has reached us, please allow up to 14 days for a refund to be processed by our team. You will be emailed once refunded.

• We do not accept Returns for the following:

• Gift Cards

• Any items with their tags removed

• Any items Protective slip is damaged or removed

• Any items that have been visibly worn

• Any items sold via a third-party seller or stockist

• Preorder items are returnable only for store credit
